SCENE INFORMATION: One thing you always need to consider when tormenting someone with tickles is that one day they might get the upper hand. Revenge is sweet, and Captain Ryan is soon discovering that when he ends up restrained on the bed by his ankles and wrists with Matt tormenting him! The man starts out slow, working his friend over with his fingers, but soon Captain Ryan is giggling like a loon when Matt uses the tools of the trade on his feet!
